This platform is operated by Aerodisc. Throughout this site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” represent Aerodisc. By accessing our platform and/or securing a bespoke configuration from us, you agree to be bound by the uncompromising standards and conditions outlined below.

Products and Configurations

All aerodynamic upgrades are subject to production capacity and material availability. We reserve the absolute right to limit production quantities, discontinue specific aesthetic profiles, or refuse any order at our discretion. Pricing for our configurations may adapt without prior notice. While we engineer every visual representation to showcase our bespoke designs with high-fidelity accuracy, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly capture the physical dominance and color accuracy of the final UV-printed finish.

Fitment and Tolerances

Our aerodynamic upgrades are precisely engineered for the specific vehicle chassis and exact factory tolerances detailed on each product page. It is the driver’s sole responsibility to confirm their exact vehicle make, model, and wheel specifications prior to locking in an order. If you are uncertain about the millimeter-perfect integration for your vehicle, you must contact our engineers before proceeding.

Integration and Deployment Aerodiscs must be integrated strictly according to our mechanical protocols. It is imperative that you confirm the locking system is seamlessly and permanently engaged after initial installation, with periodic structural checks thereafter. We accept zero liability for any damage, vibration, or degradation resulting from improper application, reckless use beyond the engineered parameters, or unauthorized modifications to our ABS+polymer foundation.

Accuracy of Billing and Coordinates

You agree to provide flawless, current, and complete purchase and delivery coordinates for all transactions on our platform. It is your responsibility to maintain accurate data so we can successfully dispatch your order and establish contact regarding your build status.

Intellectual Property

Every element on this platform—including proprietary architectural designs, visual assets, commanding text, and structural graphics—is the exclusive intellectual property of Aerodisc. Reproduction, duplication, or exploitation of our bespoke assets without explicit written authorization is strictly prohibited.

External Integrations

Our platform may feature content, logistics, or materials provided by external entities. We do not assume responsibility for auditing the accuracy, integrity, or operations of third-party platforms or materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the absolute extent permitted by law, Aerodisc shall carry zero liability for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this platform or the deployment of our upgrades. In all circumstances, our maximum liability is strictly capped at the exact capital exchanged for the specific configuration driving the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service, and any distinct agreements under which we provide you with our bespoke configurations, shall be governed by and enforced in absolute accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
