Refund policy

Return Protocols

You have strictly 7 days from delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, your aerodynamic configurations must remain completely unused, entirely free of installation marks, and secured in their original packaging. Once installed, they are yours.

To initiate a return protocol, contact us at info@aerodisc.co with your order number and a precise reason for the return. We will reply with authorized return instructions and the exact return coordinates. Configurations sent back without prior authorization will be instantly rejected.

Return Logistics & Fees

The buyer assumes full responsibility for all return shipping costs and international freight fees. However, we impose zero restocking fees.

Warranty & Defect Guarantee

We guarantee our configurations against any manufacturing or structural defects. If your order arrives defective, structurally compromised, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the anomaly and make it right. This warranty explicitly excludes damage resulting from normal wear, improper installation, or reckless use beyond the product's engineered parameters.

Configuration Exchanges

We do not conduct direct exchanges. The fastest method to secure a different design, finish, or fitment is to initiate a formal return for your current unmounted item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for your desired configuration.

Capital Refunds

Once we receive and rigorously inspect your returned configuration, we will formally notify you of your approval status. If authorized, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your banking institution or card issuer may require additional processing time to post the funds. If more than 15 business days have elapsed since your official approval, contact us at info@aerodisc.co
